Getting Started:
EarthNC Lite provides full Google Earth marine charts, weather, and point of interest data in an online-only format for a low yearly cost of $29.95. Register for a free 30 day trial to try it out.

To view EarthNC Lite’s Online Charting, you need an EarthNC Lite account and Google Earth Version 4+ installed on your PC/Mac. If you don’t have the latest Google Earth, download and install it first.

Open the EarthNC Lite Master Chart and Map Index in Google Earth by Clicking HERE.

After the Index has loaded in Google Earth, the centers of our online charts will be marked with red/white icons. Zoom in close to areas near our chart icons and the online charts will load automatically. Load additional layers by clicking in the check boxes by their names in the Places Menus.

Trips, Guides, and Featured Content marked by the flag icon () are loaded by clicking on the icon and then on the “View in Google Earth” button.

Hints and Tips:

• Be careful not to load multiple copies of the EarthNCLite Seamless Chart Index into your Google Earth places menu as this will slow performance
• Deep Depths (greater than 15′) are off by default to decrease chart loading times. Turn them on by checking next to ‘Deep Depths’ in the Places Menu
• Coastal charts are off by default. To use Coastal Charts, uncheck the Harbor, Approach, Inland Layer and then check the ‘Coastal Charts’ layer.
• To further improve load times and use these charts without an internet connection, consider our EarthNC Plus Chart DVD products.
